Nicole Browning
I work with children, adults, and families who may be navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or simply trying to understand themselves in a deeper way. I believe people communicate and make meaning in many different ways, not only through words, so therapy with me might include conversation, play, movement, art, sand tray, stillness, or whatever helps you feel more able to explore what is happening. Together, we can create a space where your experiences are taken seriously and where there is room for curiosity, connection, and even a little play along the way.
A quick hello from Nicole
My background in education gave me a deep appreciation for how children communicate and experience their world, and it continues to shape the way I work with kids and families today. I also love helping adults better understand themselves, navigate relationships, and reconnect with who they are.
Outside of therapy, I love being outdoors, hiking, yoga, traveling, spending time with my family and animals, and finding any excuse to be near the water. I’m naturally curious and value both evidence-based practices and holistic approaches to wellness.
Most importantly, I’m a real human in the therapy room. I bring warmth, humor, authenticity, and a little playfulness into my work, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself.
