Emily Welshhans

MA, MFT-C, Level 2 Psychotherapist (She/Her)

Emily Welshhans

I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to better understand the relationships, histories, and expectations shaping the way they move through life. Sometimes that means working through conflict, intimacy, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, trauma, or a major transition. Other times, it means making space to ask deeper questions about who you are becoming, what you have inherited, and what you want your relationships to make possible.

A quick hello from Emily

Outside of therapy, I love spending time with the people I care about, whether that means hiking, playing a board game, exploring somewhere new, or finding a really good matcha/coffee and pastry. I bring that same appreciation for connection, curiosity, and the little things that make life meaningful into my work with clients.
