MSW, LCSW candidate Level 2 Psychotherapist (SHE/THEM)

Beth Teepe

Beth (she/her) is an LCSW Candidate and MSC Associate Level II Therapist supervised by Meghan Begue, LCSW. She provides online therapy to CO residents and in-person therapy in our North COS location. Beth works with individuals ages 5-105 with prior experience working in ABA settings and inpatient facilities. She is a compassionate and dedicated therapist, committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Beth's approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and respect for the internal wisdom of her clients as well as the unique experiences and challenges of each client. Beth is currently training in Brainspotting and play therapy (2025).

A quick hello from Beth

I believe that lasting change is less about power than about courage — the courage to choose growth, again and again, even when it's hard. I bring a deep commitment to justice and a respect for spirituality in its many forms into my work, alongside a belief in therapy as true collaboration: building trust, setting achievable goals, and creating change that actually holds.

Outside of session, I find my own grounding through hiking, skiing, live music, learning a new game, human connection and the quiet focus of needlepoint or piano — usually with my dog and cat close by.
