Leslee Rogers
Leslee (she/her) offers a warm, collaborative space for children (ages 8 and up), teens, and
adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, attachment wounds,
shame, and identity exploration. Her approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and
integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parts work, narrative therapy,
mindfulness, play therapy, and Brainspotting. She is passionate about providing inclusive,
gender-affirming care to LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Leslee is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and MSC Level II Psychotherapist,
supervised by Camille Rhoades, LPC.
Leslee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Alaska
Anchorage in 2016 and graduated from Adams State University with a Master’s in Clinical
Mental Health Counseling in 2025. Leslee is Brainspotting trained and a registered yoga teacher
(RYT-200).
Leslee brings deep compassion and attunement to her work, shaped by her years as a
registered dietitian, where she supported individuals through the challenges of cancer, chronic
illness, and end-of-life. Leslee has also led children’s grief groups, creating a safe and nurturing
space for expressing and processing emotions.
Her love for nature, creativity, and storytelling influences how she connects with clients,
helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom and move toward lives that feel authentic and
fulfilling.
Outside of the counseling space, she enjoys writing, community gatherings, and
exploring the outdoors with her dog.
