Amanda Baker
Amanda (she/her) believes that the ability to heal and grow lies within each individual. This guiding principle is reflected in her use of EMDR/Brainspotting, mindfulness, and other therapeutic skills to help her clients find the healing they seek. She is a firm believer in the importance of self-care and practices yoga, mindfulness, and soul-nurturing. Amanda periodically accepts new clients and provides expertise to the practice and the community on ethics, all things perinatal mental health, and how to provide high quality therapy. Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an MSC Level V Psychotherapist.
