MS, MFTC, Level 2 Psychotherapist (she/her)

Kelsey Ribblett

Kelsey (MFT-C) is a Mindful Springs' Associate Level II psychotherapist supervised by Aimee Solis, LPC, LCPC, LMHC and she received her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. Kelsey specializes in helping couples feel more connected, communicate with greater clarity, and repair patterns that keep them feeling stuck or distant. She also works with individuals (ages 10+) and families, supporting them through life transitions, relationship stress, and identity or belonging questions.

Kelsey is especially passionate about helping couples feel closer, communicate with more ease, and heal the patterns that leave them feeling stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected. She also supports individuals (ages 10+) and families through life changes, relational stress, and questions around identity and belonging.

Clients describe Kelsey as warm, collaborative, and grounding. She creates a space where people can slow down, feel understood, and explore new ways of showing up for themselves and their relationships—whether they’re rebuilding trust, navigating conflict, or exploring non-traditional relationship structures.

About quick hello from Kelsey

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in journalism and marketing, where I developed a deep appreciation for listening to people's stories and helping them make sense of complex experiences. Today, I bring that same curiosity and compassion into the therapy room. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, skiing, cooking, and traveling to explore new places, cultures, and food. I believe growth happens when we remain curious about ourselves and others, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they create lives and relationships that feel more connected and meaningful.
