
Beth Teepe
Beth's clinical practice areas are: trauma, anxiety, depression, body image, gender and sexual identity, and relationship issues. Beth uses both traditional and non-traditional therapeutic approaches, including CBT, ACT and mindfulness-based interventions, to help individuals achieve personal growth and overall well-being.
Beth holds an MSW with clinical focus in Mental health, Addiction and the Family from Tulane University. She is also an advanced yoga teacher with more than 1000 hours of intensive yoga training, including trauma-focused Yoga Nidra, Adaptive Yoga and meditation and breath work for deep awareness of body-mind integration in therapy.
Believing that every person has the power to shape their own narrative, Beth is passionate about therapy as a collaborative process and works closely with clients to build trust, set achievable goals, and create positive, lasting change.
Outside of therapy, she enjoys hiking, skiing, live music, cuddling with her dog and cat, and expressing herself in intricate needlepoint or by playing the piano.
