Reese Talerico

Reese (they/them) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) under the clinical supervision of Mare Cressman, LICSW and an MSC Associate Level II Staff Therapist. They provide online therapy services to Washington residents and in-person therapy services in Mindful Springs' Seattle office, including Ketamine-assisted therapy. Reese enjoys working with adolescents through geriatric adult clients in individual and couples therapy who are experiencing all kinds of life challenges, but particularly loves connecting with LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamous folks, trauma survivors, and those struggling with anxiety and depression. If you're feeling disconnected, isolated, lost, stuck, or overwhelmed, Reese is equipped to accompany you through the darkness. Reese is passionate about helping their clients live authentically, intentionally, and peacefully in alignment with what's important to them. They believe in a collaborative approach to therapy to discover and move toward your definitions and values of wellness and energetic balance. Reese is also training in Brainspotting (2025) to enhance their client's healing!
Reese empowers clients through compassionate curiosity and working with the client to
cultivate a space where they have trust and freedom to explore and express how they identify
themselves, create goals, shift perspectives, and gain self-awareness. They are passionate
about helping those who come from marginalized communities to combat the effects of systemic
oppression and discrimination.
Their therapeutic style is integrative, flexibly drawing from and intertwining lenses,
combining body, mind and spirit in their approach, to best serve each client's unique situation.

Reese has unique experiences from working in inpatient mental health and ketamine treatment centers previously, achieving a B.S. in Psychology and Cultural Studies from Towson University and M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University.

Reese views health from a mind, body, spirit, culture, nature, and social perspective, meaning
ALL facets of being human are connected and considered while exploring your experiences and
guiding you to better health. Come as you are.

Outside the therapy space, you can find Reese on the dancefloor at a live music event, singing
karaoke, and exploring the beautiful outdoors the PNW offers.
