Courtney (she/her) provides individuals and couples with a safe space to share their struggles in an accepting, empathetic environment. She believes therapy should be unique and focused on what each client is wanting to change and adapts treatment plans to match those goals. Courtney invests the care and time it takes for her clients to leave feeling valued, heard, and with an increased confidence in managing their problems. 

Courtney is a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate and an MSC Level II Psychotherapist.

Courtney is a Marriage and Family Associate with a Masters in Counseling specializing in Couples and Family Therapy from St. Edwards University in Austin Texas. She also holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Courtney provides individual, couples, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of clinical interest include relational issues and dynamics, family conflict, life transitions, anxiety and depression. 

Courtney works with clients through a person-centered and collaborative lens using a Narrative and Attachment-Based approach. She believes therapy is a unique experience that provides a safe place to cultivate healing and growth within individuals and interpersonal relationships. Courtney places an emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship with trust, accountability, and validation.
