
Krystal Grant-Crutchfield, LSW
Krystal (she/her) values the importance of the therapeutic relationship and is grateful to offer the gifts of a listening ear and non judgmental safe space for clients to share the various issues impacting their lives. Krystal believes in a mind/body/spirit approach to her work and she utilizes various interventions, including CBT and MI, through a trauma-informed lens to empower her clients towards healing and wholeness. Krystal is a LSW and MSC Level II Clinician.
Krystal is a licensed social worker (LSW) in the state of Colorado and is a licensed master social worker (LMSW) in the state of Tennessee. She has a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville, a Master of Theological Studies from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Howard University.
Krystal utilizes a client-centered and strengths-based approach when working with clients. Additionally, she utilizes a variety of methodologies and empirically-supported treatments to help clients meet their goals Her areas of clinical interest include self-esteem/self-confidence, life transitions, Christian/faith based issues, BIPOC communities and mental health, depression/anxiety, and immigrant families. Additionally, as a military spouse for 10+ years, she appreciates the opportunity of working with military members and their families, fully understanding the ups and downs of living in a military lifestyle.
During her spare time, Krystal enjoys reading, cooking, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
